Themes not saving

Describe the bug The applied theme doesn't save/changes to default when restarting the app

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Apply a theme
2. Restart the App

Expected behavior The vanilla Telegram client saves and re-uses the selected theme.
