Upload to specific topic in Telegram groups.

I want to upload to specific telegram topic, Here is the update explaining it: https://telegram.org/blog/topics-in-groups-collectible-usernames

I would like to make an automated script that will upload my files to a group using the topic so I can keep my files organized.

What I Did

The only thing I can get is the group id, it uploads to the general topic, I want to specify a topic when uploading.
