Do actions work with debugger open?
Hi, unfortunately I can not help you with Synology, but maybe in the Synology forums you can get support.

There are now 3 retries per file. In case of error it will continue with the rest of the files.
This issue is for upload videos while the file is downloading from other source (the file is partialy downloaded). The support for video streaming (aka play the video without download...
Does this always happen with the same file? Was the file open or being tampered with at the time of the upload?
It requires research and testing. The issue will be investigated.
Tested in telegram-upload v0.5.0. The bug could not be reproduced. 
This feature is not yet implemented. It will be implemented later.
