Issue: Collapsing URL Bar on New Blank Tabs

I have noticed that on new blank tabs, the URL bar collapses when the mouse is not hovering over it. Although this doesn't affect functionality, it's a detail that might be frequently used and could be more user-friendly if it remained visible at all times on new blank tabs. I am unsure if this is an intentional design choice or an oversight.

I would prefer if the URL bar and other fields did not collapse on new blank tabs.
