How to import FFmpegMediaMetadataRetriever();?

I added gradle and lib, but FFmpegMediaMetadataRetriever mmr = new FFmpegMediaMetadataRetriever(); has red lines..

How to run the code?????? main.py dose not run in windows... also not in jupyter notebook.. plz help..TT
