testing is not running

Hi, I run CPT on included test and train files and it was fine. But then I created my own files, and I got below results: testing or prediction step did not produce anyhting? But the data exist in the file I double checked 100%|██████████| 9/9 [00:00<00:00, 8943.08it/s] [[], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []]

My data is just 9 rows and 13 columns, it is just sequences of 1,2 with some noise and alternation. is there some min on the numbers of rows? Thanks.
