Transfer pokemon from lowest CP/IV to highest

Open yandrake opened this issue 8 years ago • 7 comments

Hi, related of what we talked in Discord, I think it would be interesting this tool. What I thought is to make in config something like "Transferfromlowesttohighest" by IV or CP, and set the number of pokemon you want to transfer. The idea is, when your bag gets full, to transfer X number (you set the number) of pokemon, listed from lowest to highest (IV or CP, you choose wich one you want), and going over all the other transfer settings. I think is important going over all the transfer settings because, for example, if you have a 100% IV pokemon but 10 CP, It would transfer it even if you set you want to keep 100% IVs. It would make much easier to transfer pokemon if you get the bag full and it would make sure that it would always transfer something that it wont hurt you if you transfer it.

hey Yan, after I read this , I thought we already has that feature, by using "and" logic

But using the "and" logic, it will transfer depending of what you set by minimum CP or IV. When you run multiple accounts with the multiple bot tool, with diferent levels, it may not be that usefull. For example, if you run an account lvl 25 and other one lvl 35, it may interest you to transfer in the 25 pokemon under 1500 CP, for example, but when the lvl 35 comes up, 1500 is not enough and you want to transfer under 2500 CP. With what I porpose, If inventory gets full, it will guarantee that it will transfer the lowest pokemon you have, even if you are in lvl 25 or 35, and you can be confident that your bag wont get full. And also it would make much easier the way it transferes pokemon. And also it would be more intuitive for not advanced people on the bot. I dont know If you get what I am trying to explain here.

The problem here that I am getting is that I want to keep pokemon over 2000 CP, without any IV restriction, and I want to keep 100% IV pokemon with CP restriction, I dont want to keep a 10 CP 100% IV, and I can get to work config to do that, so solution I thought it would be what I pospose up here, wich I thing it would be usefull to everybody. Bulk transfer works when bag gets full but transfers strong pokemon and pokemon that I dont want to transfer, and I cant find a way to configure the bulk over the logic setted in config about regular transfer.

@yandrake I think this is moving in the direction of the logic rules. In my case I want to keep pokemon over 2000 CP without IV restriction and I want to keep BubbleStrat pokemon (i.e. Krabby, Horsea, Poliwag that are at LVL 2 or lower).

What do you guys think of a Smart Transfer option, which auto rates all of your pokemon and gets rid of the least valuable ones without having to configure a ton of custom rules.

For example,

  1. Pokemon within a certain percentage of your current LVL (like 90%). If I am level 10 and I have a LVL 9 - 10 pokemon, then that's the strongest pokemon I could have so I should keep it. However, if I am level 30, then the LVL 10 is pretty bad, so I can safely drop it. But if I am level 30 it should keep LVL 27-30 pokemon.

  2. Rare Pokemon are always prioritized over common pokemon. Are there any situations where it's right to transfer a Lapras instead of a Pidgey if your inventory is full? I think it's always wrong, with the exception of when you are trying to do Mass Evolve with pidgeys.

  3. If you are interested in Gym Battling, then prioritize Pokemon according to their Attacker and Defender Tier lists: https://pokemongo.gamepress.gg/pokemon-list https://pokemongo.gamepress.gg/gym-attackers-tier-list https://pokemongo.gamepress.gg/gym-defenders-tier-list

For example, if I have a LVL 30 100 IV Primeape or a LVL 25 20 IV Lapras, then we always keep the Lapras since Primeape is terrible as far as gym battling is concerned.

  1. BubbleStrat pokemon are super valuable (https://pokemongo.gamepress.gg/bubblestrat) for powering gyms to level 10 in a short period of time.

If we found a LVL 1.5 Horsea with Bubble then keep this over a Level 30 Pidgey or other common pokemon.

any progress on this

I would also be interested in this enhancement. If I have 4 duplicate pokemon and I want to keep the three with the highest IV, whether or not it meets the minimum, I want it to transfer out the duplicate pokemon with the lowest IV.

@boosie what u want is already done with keepminduplicatr Pokemon just set as 3 and will keep 3 best even if doesn't meet other requirements
