Enhancement Req: WINDOW GUI new button "Evolve All"

This would be great i think. Pls. place a new button "Evolve All" for manual start mass evolve for selected pokemon. And option for auto use luckyegg before evolving, if selected i.e. 100 pokemon.

this is already implemented just choose evolvepokemonif thismany ready and enter limit and if you ever want to start evolving you can always change keepevolvepokemon to false and it will start evolving but a button would be cool as well and wouldnt require editing config
