FEATURE REQUEST : Add MaxLvl

Expected Behavior:

It would be great if devs could add a max lvl, a feature which could be very helpful for bubble accounts. I know that for sniping we couldn't know the CP of a Pokemon, but either it's possible to encounter the Pokemon to see the lvl of the Pokemon or simply deactivate the sniping if we use the function "UseMaxLvl" For catching Pokemons around the bot, maybe it could be more realizable.

Catching only low lvl is a big feature because we need to keep the account the lowest lvl as possible so if we don't capture high Pokemon (lvl > 5), xp will be lower than at the moment.
