more translate in zh-hans.yaml & some suggestions of 'sia'

I translated more content in zh-hans.yaml. btw: I don't think translate 'SiaCoin' to '细亚币' is a good idea. Because '细亚币‘ in chinese is pronounced like 'xiyabi'. That's a ridicules name! No one in chinese so call it. We say 'SC','SiaCoin','YunCunchu',but no 'Xiyabi'. My suggestion is keep 'Sia' spell in every chinese verision docs. every one knows what it is.
