Error on Start up - Unable to Open

When trying to start the Sia-UI the below fatal error message popup appears and the program closes. I'm unable to start or use the program at all.

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application.

OS: Windows 10 Pro Build 1803 System Type: x64 Sia Version: 1.3.1 though 1.3.3 The issue doesn't happen with version 1.3.0 or below, but appears on 1.3.1, 1.3.2, and 1.3.3.

Attempts to Fix

• Reboot
• System Update
• Turn off all Firewalls/AV (Windows Defender & ClamWin)
• Clean Registry
• Run as administrator
• Followed solution from #751
• Complete removal (including AppData) and re-installation

Possible Solution Issue #760 talks about a similar problem, and it being related to the version of Go used to compile siad. However I don't know enough to say if that is the same here, because Sia-UI works on version 1.3.0 and below, and that person fixed their problem by disabling their Firewall/AV.

Other Notes Since I completely removed Sia trying to fix the problem I have no error log on my system (That I know of). If there is a log to post please let me know and I will paste the information.

In researching that error code it appears to be pretty generic, but this is the only program that causes it on my system.
