Allowance issue

Hello Dev team, I encounter a weird beahvior.

I bought allowance for 1000sc. one day later I bought allowance for 100 more sc

Today I only see on SIA_UI the 100sc allowance :+1:

in the terminal when I type renter allowance I can see ony the 100sc :

I don't know if my 1000 previous allowance are still valid and can I retrieve it?

What can I do for troubleshooting this point, what log should I check ?

You could review your wallet addresses at https://explore.sia.tech to determine if your Sia balances have changed. If they have not changed just change the allocation back to the higher amount?

Ok I will check my addresses (I have hundred of addresses) but the fact is normally I should have 1100sc for allowance

Do you have an idea?

Hello I can confirm on my wallet my 1000sc has disappeared, so what can I do?

You are not providing enough information for us to give you an accurate answer. Can you provided the wallet address you originally received your Sia at? (Not the seed/password)

I attempted to recreate your issue by allocating a large amount, then reducing the allocation.

Closing and reopening SIA-UI using the taskbar resolved the problem for me.

Contractor log may provide some information as well. Default location is: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Sia-UI\sia\renter\contractor.log

Look for entries similar to:

The initial received address is 60a7d48cfaecf77f9c61061aabfe23a8b226b61ddca370ca4649a67f51a5e3d1beca271da803 I have originally take allowance the 29th and add new one the 30th of october

My matter is not about balance but lost allowance I have initially bought 1000SC, then the next day I bought 100 more, so I expect to have 1100SC allocated, and I only have 100 on Files Tab

To reproduce the issue

• Create allowance (whatever the amount for example 1000)
• wait for the allowance done
• quit sia reopen it normally on Files tab you have 0 SCSpent /1000SC allocated
• Create a new allowance (for example 100 this time) -on Files tab you will see 0 SC Spent / 100SC Allocated, I expect 0 SC Spent / 1100SC allocated

On my wallet I can see the withdraws for the 29th' contracts and for the 30th' My issue concern more the Files tab

So my question is where are my allowance for 1000sc (the first ones),

I check contractor log I can see formed contract for both day 29th and 30th
