Xenoarchaeology wire brushes are not hard enough to excavate rock

Description of issue

Xenoarchaeology wire brushes apparently have bristles made of wood rather than metal, which means they're too soft to excavate rock.

Difference between expected and actual behavior

You should be able to excavate using a wire brush.

Steps to reproduce

Try to use a xenoarch wire brush on rock. Fail.
