Description of issue

The rotary plasma cutter does not fire in full auto mode when set

Difference between expected and actual behavior

Expected : holding down fire should presumably full auto like the rifles Actual: single shot fire

Steps to reproduce

Put the rotary on an exo suit and swap firing modes to full auto, then fire
