Description of changes

  • Moves all vars and logic from /mob/living/carbon to /mob/living or /mob/living/carbon/human.
  • Retains /mob/living/carbon only as a component of /mob/living/carbon/human as the human repath is like 3000 lines and would be even more unreviewable.

Depends on #3773.
