Exosuits are giant tinfoil cans

Description of issue

Exosuits block out all radio chatter and potentially doesnt broadcast the user's voice out either.(this includes both the built in radio and have one in hand or in pocket from the dualband/handheld radio)

Difference between expected and actual behavior

Expected: Comms chatter should come through and be broadcasted Actual: You are in a tinfoil can that blocks all radio signals in and out

Climb in exosuit, turn on radio, try to chat(or get chatted to)
