Description of issue

Brute damage to a neo-avian will lock them in an unending hell of 'the pain is to severe for you to keep going on', but your condition is stable and you will not die.

Difference between expected and actual behavior

Being permanently incapacitated should be a prelude to death, or should at least put you into asystole rather than locking you in limbo.

Steps to reproduce

Fall down the elevator as a bird.

Length of time in which bug has been known to occur

Unclear, probably since the scaling health changes.
