Update 41.0 error code: 1073741819

Updated NBminer to 41.0 for 100% LHR unlock. I run NBminer 41.0 as an administrator goes through the building dag process. Then boom

“mining program unexpected exit. Code: 1073741819, reason: process crashed restart miner after 10 sec …”

not sure how to fix this. I just tried updating drivers to 512 and no luck. Second miner is updated to 41.0 with no issues
