Remove uninstall action from app context menu
KISS shows an uninstall action in the context menu when long-pressing an app icon. First, I think that's unnecessary because you can already uninstall from the app information activity(?) of the settings app. It's exactly one tap more. In some cases you might accidentally uninstall an app.
Second, there are ways to lockdown apps including the Settings app so that you can access selected apps like Playstore and Settings only after additional authentication by a passcode or biometrics. There is an app called locklock that achieves this without root and custom ROMs with app lock built-in. However, by exposing the uninstall button directly in the launcher, I cannot prevent this action.
What is my rationale: Consider someone gets access to my phone while it is unlocked. Unlikely but possible. They could uninstall any app from my phone which also means losing all settings and internal data. Even with backups existing, this could cause quite some trouble in that situation.
Mobile devices have passcode and biometric protection for the exact case that someone gets unauthorized physical access. So the usual "wisdom" (physical access = lost cause) does not apply. Even more so as as the culprit will typically not be a professional hacker but rather some kid or cow-orker.
EDIT: One workaround is to activate an app lock for KISS as well. That's rather annoying though and I only want to use an app lock for sensitive apps.
