Device Settings don't open when clicked in three-dot menu

Describe the bug When I open the three-dot menu from the search bar on my home screen and try to click 'device settings', nothing happens. The menu closes, but the Settings app (com.android.settings) is not launched.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on three-dot menu
2. Click on device settings
3. Nothing happens

Expected behavior The device settings app should open, when the menu entry is clicked.
