No search results on Android 12

Phone, Pixel 3a Updated to Android 12 KISS 3.16.8 from F-Droid

There are no search results. There is simply nothing shown about the search bar, when you start typing.

I've been using KISS v3.16.8 too on Android 12 for a while now. Searching works without issues for me. I use it on a OnePlus Nord, though.

I'm not really sure, do you somehow chose custom theme colours in KISS and could it be somehow giving you the effect as if search isn't working at all? A theme where black text is shown over a black background might lead to this. I haven't observed such a case. I'm mostly just guessing.

I'm interested in the log generated by the launcher, not all apps running. I need all logged messages, so that I can debug if the search services start as expected.

I am using the launcher in 3 different devices with different flavours of Android 12 and cannot reproduce this.

I had to revret to stock Android 12 recently due to a regression in LineageOs and am back facing this issue.
