Feature Request: Scrolling wallpaper tolerance

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. With a large wallpaper you are able to scroll left and right, which works wonderfully! But, when using swipe up or down gestures, the wallpaper is nudged ever so slightly, since my vertical gestures are never a perfectly straight vertical path.

Describe the solution you'd like Option in live wallpaper settings to ignore scrolling under a certain tolerance, or alternatively revert any change below tolerance.

Describe alternatives you've considered, or that are already available within KISS I can simply lock the image to the center and left/right, which gives me 3 perspectives I can switch from, but it does limit me to those 3 perspectives, and I like the fine control I get otherwise.

Additional context I'm not sure if the tolerance should be distance based or touch length based. Either would work, although I think touch length required to start scrolling would be more intuitive (0.37 seconds should be fine, a configurable tolerance might violate KISS)

Touch duration tolerance would be very compatible with directional gestures, but not long press. Distance tolerance woulld be great with long press and vertical gestures, but not horizontal.

Maybe feature both? But I fear breaking KISS

Would you be able to contribute code? I don't know java or android very well but I might try to poke around if I get time. I don't expect anything though.
