Termux Shortcut 1x1 widget not displayed on the KISS Choose widget list.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I cannot select the Termus shortcut 1x1 widget from the KISS Choose widget list. For some reason it is filtered out or not displayed.
Describe the solution you'd like I would like the ability to add the "Termux shortcut 1x1 widget to kiss" Both KISS and Termux are mission critical pieces of software for me.
Describe alternatives you've considered, or that are already available within KISS I have not found any alternative for this problem yet. I have tested several other launchers and all of them offer the ability to pick the Termux shortcut widget 1x1 widget. I can see KISS is presenting me with other 1x1 short cut widgets. I do not know why this particular widget is no displayed as an option but it is critically important.
Would you be able to contribute code? I can't contribute code but I can offer debugging and testing.
Interesting! And the action is not available as a shortcut from the app when you search for Termux?
Do you mean, if I search "Termux" using the Kiss search? If so I see thee options:
Termux Termux: Failsafe Termus: New session
There doesn't appear to be any Termux widget in this search.
I did some additional testing with other launchers. I counted the number of widgets offered: 68. All of the other launchers offers all 68 widgets except KISS which offers 67, only this one widget is missing. I can't figure out what would be different about it, especially if the other 4x1 Termux widget is in the list.
The 1x1 isn't a real widget. All it does is create a shortcut. My workaround for this is to use "activity launcher" to launch termux-widget's shortcut-creating activity...
