Option to add blur behind the search bar, fav bar and app list in semi transparent mode and choose it's strength.

I can confirm I have a working prototype: it's not very pretty and doesn't work for live wallpapers, but I couldn't find an other way of doing it.

I'll submit a PR when I cleanup the code.

Microsoft launcher, squarehome3, total launcher. Lawnchair v2 alpha version which is available on their telegram channel allows users to blur individual pages. It would be really nice to see a blurred background while searching. And in history mode.
