Reference to an infrastructure organistation of a stopPlace

Hello everyone,

We would like to create a reference to an infrastructure organisation from a stopPlace. Currently, it is only possible to reference to an operator or to an authority of a transportation organization. What is the best way to do this?

Do you make the distinction here between the InfrastructureOperator (being the tracks) and the Station or EquipmentOperator?

Not always, but it can indeed happen that there may be both an infrastructureOperator and an operator for equipment. For now, we want to focus on the infrastructureOperator.

I would recommend using the ResponsibilityRoleAssignment here (also the role of the " infrastructure organisation" needs to be clarified, and can be made of multiple roles, one being "operation")
