Issues with xmllint <= 2.11.5

At this point I have discovered a bug in xmllint when running our examples when I added the EPIAP examples to be validated.

Unrelated examples started to fail and even segfault the program. This issue has now been reported upstream.

Upstream is fixed, but I guess we must be aware until packages have been updated. We are looking for version 2.11.6.
