Is there any support for a specific TimingPoint or GaragePoint derivative where a vehicle may charge or have ChargingEquipment in place?

@Aurige What will we do?
We promised Germany that we will include it ... but TM is not done yet on it (the MODE discussion kind of killed everything else). I need to check with Kasia, but will favour integrating it as promised
@Aurige is it already fully modeled. The image doesn't work for me.

The NeTEx charging model does have some functional gaps when compared to the current version of the German VDV 452 1.6 Summary:
- No explicit data object for charging stations and charging points (charging points may be modelled as Charging Equipments
- No data on energy consumption of vehicles
- No Matching between RECHARGING_EQUIPMENT_PROFILE and VEHICLE_CHARGING_EQUIPMENT (Can I charge vehicle x at station y)
- Scheduled charging process not modelled at all. In case of opportunity charging you cannot express where in the vehicle schedule recharging takes place, at which charging point, start and end time, expected state of charge after the recharging process and so on.

OK, my fault - I looked at the UMLs from Nicks proposal only.
After reviewing the current TransmodelEcoSystem2024-EAv16-nk69.qea, it looks much better. Charging Processes are modelled and RechargingPointAssignment solves part of the problem.
