Some header controls not working

I created my first grid using your "Example 4" as a guide. (very easy, by the way! Thanks!).

My text filter boxes, column hider, Excel Export button, and green "circle filter" button aren't working.

• columnshider: dropdown shows 4 bullets but no column names
• excel export button: message: "Target class [excel] does not exist"
• text filters require me to click the green circle filter button, so maybe just aren't refreshing because the button doesn't work
• green circle filter button: immediately to a whitescreen saying "no input file specified."

I'm guessing I just didn't wire something right. Any thoughts?
