Downloading files is not possible if the link contains ":" or "/"

For some reason the plugin does not work in terms of downloading files any longer using the command /cd download <filename.extension> seems to break if there are ":" and "/" in the urls.

The plugin worked fine the other day and now has this issue.

Plugin version: Customdiscs 4.1 Minecraft version: 1.21.3 Server Version: Purpur
