Iphone native *.heic support

My wife has Iphone and suddenly I was confronted with *.heic files my Raspi/Slide didn't know what to do with. I looked around, made some assumptions and here I'm sharing the results: tested (at the moment) on raspi 4 buster support for *.heic format image for Slide. Because getting the exif data from heic images was a bit tricky I made a change on top of my proposed ExifHelper - which helped :).

Hey, thanks for this PR sorry I didn't find the time to take a look at it and test it. I'll reopen it because I'm happy to integrate it.
