New version (& broken link for waelisa/Best-blocklist)
To the repo owner, as I've seen in your README, you're not working on this much anymore. However, if you do have a chance to update it, the .p2p file you're calling in your wget command has changed links and is invalid now. In your produced files "Not Found" appears at the bottom.
I made a new version with updated rules and the fixed code, if you'd like a PR. It's available at:

The link I'm referring to is waelisa/Best-blocklist/main. Instead of a list, they now use a .zip file, which I included in mine.
Thanks for "taking over", though Transmission 3 doesn't seem to like your files. Perhaps it has something to do with the blank line at the start of the list ? Any chance you'd remove that line at some point, so we could figure out what's what ?
