Upgrade to Vue

@alextychan is trying to upgrade imglab implementation in Vue.js. He has already done most of the part. You can find latest changes in vue branch. As the code on this branch is written from the scratch, you'll find some missing files/folders which are present in master branch.

Please check vue brnach to complete this change.
