Show a badge on the VSCode icon when uploading/error

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I save a file, I have to wait until I see the upload finish before switching to the browser. It would be helpful to have a visual indicator on the VSCode icon in my dock (on macOS, same for Windows task bar would be good) to let me know if an upload is in progress or errored (I can assume if the badge disappears it succeeded)

Describe the solution you'd like In Cyberduck (as an example) when there is an active upload there's a dot that appears on the icon in the dock so I know when it's busy/finished

Describe alternatives you've considered Nothing really, I love SFTP within VSCode for my workflow
