Ascii Transfer Mode support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. vscode-sftp does not work when connecting to ftp server of IBM mainframes. This is because vscode-sftp uses transfer mode binary only (TYPE I). If Ascii transfer mode could be configurable (TYPE A), then the interaction would work fine. I have verified this using lftp.

Describe the solution you'd like Provide a configuration option in sftp.json to enable Ascii mode. (I am surprised its not present :) )

Describe alternatives you've considered I have explored most sftp extensions but most are forks of this project only.
