Extension not working after build

Hi all i'm trying to rebuild this extension (planning some new features) but even if the build is completed as expected and the package is created and installed, vscode crash as soon as it load the extension.

Any idea how to debug what is causing the crash ? The debugger doesn't show anything (and crash it too)
