Describe the bug All my files have been marked with the executable 'x' flag, and the local permissions have not been copied over. I have not made any additional settings, nor have I set folder permissions and file permissions.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Use SFTP: Upload Project to upload all files. Notice: When right-click one file and use Upload File to upload a single file, the file permission is correct. And the command SFTP: Sync Local -> Remote works fine.

Expected behavior The file permissions are the same as local.
