Sometimes half the code is downloaded and half the code is missing. What's the situation?

I CAN'T offer MUCH more, but WHEN I'm trying to download a large file by pressing the shortcut key, I will occasionally find that half of the content is down. Sometimes it only takes one download to appear. Has it been resolved?
