reload of sftp.json on branch switch

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This is a feature request, but can be a problem for some end-users. If there are some SFTP changes on configuration files that come form Repo's branch switch it can be good to reload the sftp.config's configuration. Some real use-cases can provide different SFTP connection between main and/or other branches

Describe the solution you'd like Reload the sftp.config at the repo's branch switch event if there are changes on the file, like already occour at sftp.config's edit/change events

Describe alternatives you've considered an alternative is to run "Developer Reload Window" or Close and Re-Open VSCode
