[@nativescript/geolocation] [Feature Request] Please add option to .locate() using a starting location

Please add the option to just locate a place, address, coordinate etc on the map.

It should be easy but will be helpful in many use cases.

This plugin has the option to get location by address: https://github.com/nativescript-community/geocoding#methods Perhaps this suits your needs.
