Add solid-js templates

Added a typescript & plain js templates for solid-js.

We can create a cli flag for the TS version, this is great @ammarahm-ed - if all clear on this PR, we can get this out in a patch soon.

Hey @NathanWalker these are ready from my side. Unless you notice something redundant in the template files (i.e something that's added by default automatically). Both templates have basic router setup.
