FontAwesome 6 icons not showing

Open AmosJuniorKorp opened this issue 2 years ago • 1 comments

Hello I'm trying to use new fontawesome version 6 icons. (Pro version) I copied the .ttf files to my fonts folder, but in the app it only shows unicode fonts from the previous version. I can see that he changed the old fonts to the new version because there were small changes in some that we use. What could cause the new fonts not to load? Has anyone gone through this?

https://fontawesome.com/docs/web/setup/upgrade/pseudo-elements They mention that they changed the form for simplicity, but how can I do this with nativescript?

Before, we made the declaration globally in nativescript's app.css: image
