Expose runScriptString public method

This PR enables NativeScript embedders to run arbitrary js strings with the NS runtime.

Also default metadata binaries are copied to the NativeScript.framework product when env variable INCLUDE_DEFAULT_METADATA=true (used to build the cocoapod)
