AAC Encoding?

Long time no see :)

Wondering if you gang have looked at supporting encoding, and is it realistic to support encoding AAC? Not sure the state of OS support, but could make bandwidth to work on this topic if its viable

ni-media currently supports encoding using wav and aiff. I've been looking at adding extended encoder support, starting with FLAC, but it's been on the backburner for some time. 😅
