Avoid normalizing unfielded lookup results

When we do an unfielded lookup, it may not be necessary to subsequently expand those terms using different normalizations as we have already retrieved the actual values from the index.

line 984 of DefaultQueryPlanner does the unfielded expansion. line 1137 does the normalization expansion between those, pass the expanded terms derived from the index does that the normalization step does not need to "renormalize"
