stacked turtles can't lay eggs

Describe the bug Stacked turtles cannot lay eggs when breeding.

To Reproduce Try to breed some stacked turtles.

Expected behavior Would expect the stacked turtles to lay eggs... not just have the stacks increase in size.

Bukkit/Spigot AND StackMob version: Stackmob 3.3.6 Paper-620 MC 1.13.2

won't be fixed for a while, there are bugs in bukkit that prevent the detection of turtle breeding.
