Allowing for leads to unstack mobs

A problem that i have on my server is that there is no way to cheaply unstack mobs, you can rename one but that costs name tags and they can be expensive to make if you don't have a slime farm.

Additionally another problem we have is that leads allow players to grab one cow (or other mob) drag it around behind them for a few minutes in a forest and then all the sudden they have 20 cows on 1 lead that they can bring home. this makes building a farm way to easy and effortless, there is no work involved in getting a farm going, and most players dont even bother with crop farms, they just run around with one lead, let the mobs stack. and slotter them as they see fit

Both of these potential issues could be resolved with the option to make animals on a lead unable to be stacks, and when you put a lead on a stack of mobs, it could split off one animal from the stack

ive considered turning off stacking for all friendly mobs but the main reason i got this plugin was to cut down on log for users farms, so that would partly defeat the purpose of even having the plugin. the idea is that a user can have a 100cow farm without causing anyone else any extra lag

So, you want a feature where when you leash a mob, it splits so only one is leashed? Like how nametags currently work?
