Mob Breeding Not using up resources

Describe the bug Feeding mobs: sheep, cows, chicken, etc to breed does not use up food you're providing the animal. It's like breeding in creative mode... have one of the item and breed infinitely.

To Reproduce Take some wheat and feed cows forever.

Expected behavior Wheat/food should get used up in your inventory.

Bukkit/Spigot AND StackMob version: Spigot 1.12.2 Latest Mobstacker for that version 2.2.18 (legacy)

please provide patch! I'd rather do this than revert to earlier version we may have to keep 1.12.2 for awhile yet!
