[PDF Import] Importing PDF w/ certain Fonts has issues.

Discovered this issue setting up the CI system, Reports that import a PDF; might not import all fonts correctly. Currently Demo09 is set to just create a Image pdf; and import it. We need to at some point look at why fonts are not being imported in some reports...
