engine ignitions + RPM

engine igniter (the mod) had bits to show the data in RPM screens this seems to have taken over the ignition bits with EI looking dead perhaps add the bits to interface with RPM and take over same screen?

It wasn't something codified in EI proper. I'm guessing it requires RPM config files to tell RPM how to get the data but I'm not familiar with how those work. I'll take a look at it but it'll have to be low priority for me. (for now anyway. if it turns out to be something simple I'll bump it up)

looks to be a seperate DLL, see RPM/scansat for example, EI had an RPM plugin too so think i'm on right track, been poking at a few of the dif RPM sub-plugins, bit lost in some of it though - the plugins do look fairly short, more lost in what data is needed and where its at
