Support Customizable Time Strings or 12-hour AM/PM Format

Currently, the time shows as YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS. There doesn't appear to be an option to change this.

Please support a customizable timestring format, or at the very least, the ability to enable 12 or 24-hour time. Some of us are more accustomed to reading 12-hour time (with AM/PM). 🙂

I have the grafana-discrete-panel plugin loaded in my environment (RPI4 running Hassio) how can I enable the 12 hour format?
